Case Study
Challenge: A third generation jewelry store, Carl Greve is a Portland institution. Our challenge was to shake off a little of the dust associated with the store's somewhat stodgy image.
Solution: We created an online shopping venue that differentiated Carl Greve from mall stores and discount chains and captured the excitement of the in-store shopping experience. We catered to upscale customers by positioning Carl Greve as the "must see" jeweler for contemporary jewelry pieces and top-of-the-line designer timepieces.
Results: The new Carl Greve website was extremely well received. Designers were thrilled with the way their pieces were presented on the site, while the client was impressed by how nicely the site integrated with the look and tone of their other marketing materials.
