Case Study
Challenge: Kuni BMW had just built a brand new state-of-the-art showroom. Our objective was to introduce the new store in grand fashion, and break away from the automotive advertising clutter. The idea had to be big enough to create a major buzz in the news media, too.
Solution: We introduced Kuni's new showroom as "50,000 sq. ft. of New Car Smell". Print ads and outdoor boards showed eager customers pressed against the showroom window, eager to catch a whiff of Kuni's spacious new digs. "New car smell" air fresheners were handed out during the grand opening and an oxygen bar was set up during the grand opening to relieve guests overwhelmed by the aroma of Kuni's new inventory.
Results: Kuni's grand opening was a huge success, with attendance to the event more than exceeding projected goals.
Ahh, the sweet smell of success.
