The cost of a website depends on several factors: 

• number of pages on the site
• types and number of graphic images on the site
• special programming
• copy writing
• online marketing - such a shopping carts, online payment features, etc.
• how quickly you want to get online

A web page without any high-level programming or search engine optimization generally costs between $100 to $300 per page, depending on the complexity of the site.

How much do you charge for design?
A website design can range from approximately $40 per hour using an online design template to about $85 per hour for original HTML coding and web design. Additional costs may include the use of stock photography and search engine optimization.

Can you provide an estimate?
In advance of any website design project, you will receive an estimate for the amount of time it will take to complete a design project based upon pre-determined parameters - such as the number of pages, etc. Keep in mind this is only an estimate. I have completed a number of projects that have come in for less than the time estimated. You will only pay for the time it takes me to complete a project. 

What types of websites can you build?
As you may have noticed from my Website page, I have designed all types of sites. These range from simple brochure-type websites to major e-commerce sites. If you just want me to provide the copy portion of your website, I would be happy to do just that.

Will I be able to view my website design as it is taking shape?
Absolutely. I can post your website design on a web server so you can view the project as it is in progress. This will reduce face-to-face meeting time and help streamline the production process.
